Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with Rebound Recovery, simply return unused recovery packs in their original condition within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.

Hassle Free Returns
To start a return within 30 days of purchase, contact georgie@reboundrecovery.co with your confirmation email.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Rebound Recovery Ltd, Soho Works, 2 Television Centre, 101 Wood Lane, London W12 7FR.

Your item must be sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your order is returned and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
